Take Your Scuba Classes with Szilvia Gogh Founder of Miss Scuba!

Become a scuba diver and escape to a peaceful place to renew your energy and excite your senses.

Beginning your journey on the way to SCUBA certification is one of the most exciting adventures you’ll ever undertake.  Your initiation into this very close community is the day you get sized for your wetsuit and purchase your equipment.

You’ll find yourself noticing dive shops that you never saw before as you travel the country. You’ll see people with their red and white dive flag decals or license plates on their cars and you’ll know that at some point they trained just like you.  Where you were tempted before but never ventured you’ll strike up a conversation with that diver yearning to know where they dive..

  • PADI Open Water Diver Course – Become Scuba Certified

Diving is personal. It is a personal experience that changes lives. You won’t be the same person after learning to dive. California offers some of the most spectacular recreational diving in the world. Southern California is blessed with a chain of local islands known as the Channel Islands which offer a world-class kelp diving experience.

It takes 3 days to become certified after you completed some home study and online academics.

Day 1: pool (we can come to your pool or you can come to ours) We will go over the 20 basic skills.

Day 2 & 3: ocean diving (it can be Catalina or other islands or beach diving depending on weather and abilities). Catalina is the way to do it. It is more fun, more to see and easier to get in and out of the water. You will practice in the ocean all those skills you learned in the pool and some basic compass navigation.
